Need help with Buying?           

PAYMENT: Kiwipacific.com accepts payment using: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners and Paypal, Foreign currency exchange rates are handled through the credit card transaction and kiwipacific.com has no control over these matters. Credit Cards are processed by Paypal.

DELIVERY: You will be advised via e-mail when your order has left the Kiwipacific.com warehouse. Our normal business hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You can still order from our site outside of these hours, but we can't guarantee processing until the next business day.

FREIGHT COSTS: These are quoted based on your location and the number of items you purchase during the checkout process.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to some items being out of stock or other issues that may be beyond our control. You may also experience delivery delays due to holiday seasons such as Christmas.

Refunds       

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the products and a further 14 days to return the products to us. We may at our option, credit your Nominated Payment Authority with an amount equal to the cost of the Products (excluding handling and freight).

All Products returned in accordance with this clause must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Under no circumstances can we accept return of products because you no longer want it.

Where the Products are faulty or damaged we will at our either:

(i) replace the products; or
(iii) give you a full refund on your Nominated Payment Authority.
